Please review your travel protection options before submitting your final payment. Coverage and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Most plans become effective only after the premium is paid, and coverage may be limited or unavailable once your final payment is made.

Automatic billing is available for monthly or biweekly payment plans and is used to pay the remaining balance of your reservation through scheduled, automatic payments. This can be completed using one credit card to cover the full remaining balance.
Automatic Billing Plan
When you select a monthly (or biweekly) payment plan, you are automatically enrolled in automatic billing. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking. After that, your remaining balance will be divided into evenly scheduled payments, and you’ll see your exact payment dates in advance. Future payments will be charged according to the schedule listed on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

If you would like to opt out of automatic billing, please email us after you make your reservation at info@boujeebettyescapes.com.
Daily breakfast is included throughout the experience. Additional meals and beverages will vary based on the specific tours and activities scheduled.
To ensure appropriate arrangements can be made with our restaurant and chef partners, all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special meal requests must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Payments will be monthly on or about the same day of the month you made your first payment. The number of payments is based on how many months there are from the time you book to the final payment date. You will see your exact payment plan before you make your payment.

By moving forward with your reservation, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and accepted our terms and policies.
All payments made to Blaze World Wide Travelers d/b/a Boujee Betty Escapes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to agreements with our hotels, airlines, and travel partners, refunds are not permitted once reservations are confirmed. These policies allow us to secure preferred rates and offer convenient monthly payment options for your travel experience.
Travelers are responsible for confirming that their travel documents meet all entry requirements for their destination. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date, and some countries require available blank pages for entry stamps. Visa requirements vary by destination and should be verified directly with the appropriate embassy, consulate, or a professional visa service. Entry guidance provided is based on U.S. passport holders; travelers with non-U.S. passports must confirm requirements applicable to their nationality.
Travel plans don’t always unfold as expected—and while missing a trip is disappointing, losing your travel investment can be even harder. Because of contractual agreements with airlines, hotels, and our travel partners, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To protect your investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel protection. A comprehensive policy can help cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, or interruptions. For maximum flexibility, consider a plan that includes Cancel For Any Reason coverage. Reputable providers such as Travel Insurance offer strong options. Travel insurance provides peace of mind, allowing you to move forward with confidence, even when plans shift.

Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation. Full payment details and due dates are provided on your invoice.
Seat placement is determined solely by the airline. When airfare is part of your travel package, group arrangements are booked within the standard economy cabin.
For guests sharing accommodations, it’s essential that both travelers remain current on their individual payment schedules. Each traveler is solely responsible for their own portion of the trip cost.
If one roommate cancels or stops making payments for any reason, the remaining guest will automatically be moved to the single-occupancy rate, and any additional costs will be added to their account.

Your account is accessible through your personal portal at all times, allowing you to review your payments, trip details, and important updates whenever needed.
Requests to modify the traveler name are permitted at the company’s discretion. A non-refundable administrative fee of $200 applies to requests submitted prior to the final payment deadline. Requests submitted after the final payment deadline will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $250, in addition to any mandatory supplier-imposed charges.
Payments not received by the stated final due date will result in a $200 charge per traveler, added directly to the account. Any exception to the payment deadline must be requested in advance and is subject to management approval.
