Meet the Founder
Brenda Blaze is the Founder and CEO of Boujee Betty Escapes, a luxury travel company created with one mission in mind—to give women, especially those 50 and older, a space to experience joy, culture, and comfort without apology.
Before launching her company, Brenda spent years working as a mammography technologist. In that role, she wasn’t just running scans—she was holding hands, calming fears, and witnessing the strength and vulnerability of women from every walk of life. Those experiences left a lasting impression and ultimately shaped the heart-centered way she approaches travel and community today.
As a mother of four grown children, Brenda knows what it feels like to put dreams on pause while caring for others. She also knows the moment that comes after—when a woman realizes she deserves to live, explore, and choose herself again. That understanding fuels every itinerary, every destination choice, and every thoughtful touch within Boujee Betty.
Brenda’s leadership style is rooted in warmth, intuition, and care—not just logistics. She believes luxury isn’t about showing off; it’s about feeling safe, restored, and inspired.
